At our commitment to serving globally is deeply rooted in our mission to inspire and equip students to serve God and the world. Through our annual short-term mission trips and International Student Program, we provide students with transformative opportunities to engage in cross-cultural learning and service initiatives that impact communities worldwide.

Serve & Learn Highlights

Our Serve & Learn trips at King’s Schools embody our core values by integrating faith-based education with practical service opportunities. During Serve and Learn trips, which take place over Spring and Summer Break, students spend their time actively contributing to community development projects, humanitarian efforts, and educational programs in various countries. These experiences not only broaden their understanding of global issues but also foster a lifelong commitment to compassionate leadership and social responsibility.

Locations for Serve and Learn Trips vary from year to year. In the past, King’s High School has offered students the opportunity to serve locally in Seattle, WA, as well as globally in Jamaica, Central America, Kenya, and Uganda. Students are given multiple opportunities throughout the year to fundraise in order to help pay for their trip as well as bond and train as a team.

One King’s Alumni shared, “Having the opportunity to go to a different culture showed me that no matter what you have, there is always room to be happy. I learned that the presence of God is everywhere. I went on my trip to Jamaica almost five years ago, and what I learned still impacts me today in college.”

International Engagement

King’s Schools’ International Program extends beyond traditional classroom boundaries, offering students the chance to engage deeply with global issues through curriculum integration and extracurricular activities. From language immersion programs to international student exchanges, our school community embraces diversity and promotes understanding across cultures.

King’s is excited to announce its on-campus boarding for Grades 8th-12th for the Fall 2025-2026 school year. King’s Schools is known for its rigorous college-preparatory curriculum, and preparing students for top universities worldwide.
